  Location is perfect and the staff is fantastiic. The staff was able to answer any questions that we had and very helpful with where to go. Any assistance we needed, they were there. We greatly appreciated everything they did.

  Spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff. For breakfast you have bacon, eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee, juice etc.. Free drinks in the club lounge from 6PM-10PM Good location

  Very unprofessional front desk staff. I ordered a limo from their website to pick me up at Vienna airport and got a written confirmation. There was no limo at the airport. After several calls and over an hour later, a limo was sent. When I got to the hotel after midnight, the front desk staff copied my confirmation e-mail and stated they would take care of it in the morning and call my room. No follow-up happened. When I went to check out, I asked again about the resolution. They asked for a copy of the e-mail. I pointed to the copy still sitting on the front desk taken by their staff 2 days earlier. After another 2 hours, the issue was resolved with a refund. I had no confidence in this hotel's ability to resolve issues quickly. I choose hotels based on trustworthiness so I won't be back and won't recommend this hotel for any more conferences. I expect every hotel to have minor problems, but i also expect quick resolutions with courtesy. Here, the customer is just to be ignored. The restaurant staff was poorly trained. I tried to get an omelet at the breakfast bar. I could see that cook was in the kitchen changing a trash can liner. When he came out to cook the omelet without washing his hands, I asked him to wash his hands before making my food. He asked, "why". I said "Because you were just with your hands on the trash can." He shrugged and made the omelet. Gross and unsafe. At lunch, I asked if I could order a cup of coffee. The waiter said, "no" and walked away. What kind of hotel restaurant can't take a coffee order? The staff needs training in basic customer service. "No" is not an answer. I'm sorry, we only have coffee at these times or coffee costs extra or some kind of explanation would be so much better. Nice facilities except that several bathroom stalls in the ladies rooms have broken locks.

  Business class hotel with excellent facilities and service. The hotel staff speak Slovak, English, German and probably other languages at all. I was greeted by name when I called the service desk to order a meal. Enjoyed a great night's sleep on a very comfortable bed.

  The stay was enjoyable. Rooms offer lots of amenities which may the stay comfortable. I appreciated an iron in the room so that I could make my clothes look neat after travelling without the need to wait and to pay. The breakfast was standard with reasonable variety of possibilities. I enjoyed and appreciated freshly squeezed orange juice, however coffee could have been better. The air-con worked well and I was able to adjust it easily. The staff was friendly.
