  Prijímací technik vám nezodpovie všetko (ak nie vyvráti) čo Vám potvrdí servisný manager. Tlačia na vás kým si vyhodnotite reklamáciu. Úspešná reklamácia až na druhý krát.

  Mladík sa vyzná. Odporučil a presvedčil ma na niečo čo som nechcel a vďaka mu.

  The staff was very unhelpful .I never experienced such a negative approach and I was honestly shocked . I needed a small fix with my iPhone 6 screen but the sales assistants were telling me that they don't know how to do that also not offering me any other solution.Very disappointing and I will never come back . M -zone is a great store however the service is very poor and needs better training regarding how to treat their customers...
