  I personally don't like this shop, been there a few times, the staff just sits or chats and is not willing to help. You either need to actively go through the mall and search for someone or wait until they find your dead corpse somewhere. Last time I needed an advice regarding a headset, when I finally found a staff person after 20 minutes of wandering around, he looked like he really hates the job. If I have a chance, I visit a different electronics.
