  Wonderful staff. They were so helpful with my bags, they kept my bag all day while I ran around the city. They made sure I had help coming in and out of the hotel (my two bags are heavy af). They have a cute wine hour 5-6 with free wine! The restaurant inside is delicious I ate there twice today. And they give you a coupon so it is very affordable. The rooms are clean and comfy. I would've liked it to be warmer. And there was an odd clicking sound in the middle of the night. I'm not sure what it was, (very annoying) but it seemed like it was on the street. Not the hotels issue! The fireplace is so cozy since it is freezing here. I would definitely book again!

  Great location...excellent service! The elevator from the parking lot to the hotel wasn't working and there was no porter available...so they gave us a free upgrade to a business suite and free breakfast...and they made sure that it was fixed by the next morning. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay there again :)

  Perfect location. Hotel rooms are elegant and with a great view of city. It was easy to park there and also staff was very friendly and helpful.

  The best positioned hotel in Bratislava, right in the city center and excellent starting point to get everywhere. Either to historic city center, Bratislava's castle, St. Martin's Cathedral, State theatre, dozens of restaurants, ZOO, castle Devin, shopping malls Aupark or Eurovea, next to Danube river, close to any business area in the city, 15 min to get to Bratislava airport, 30 min to Vienna airport, excellent access to any highway to Vienna, Budapest and Prague directions...in Bratislava best located hotel with very pleasant staff and very good service. :)

  Excellent hotel. Great room. Nice and clean bathroom. Great breakfast. Couldn't fault it.
