::Receptionist was very helpful (printed out tickets, called taxi, well informed) even before I booked the room - professional at its best. New hotel so it looks nice, very clean and generally super comfy. In the price of the room was generous breakfast and full entry to the spa included. Even had a handy bag with slippers, towel and bathrobe to be used at spa, waiting for me in the room.

::Thermal water, a lot of pool for children, small children, medium boys and gurls and for adults. Good services, drinks, food, sauna, massage. Nice view on near Vihorlat mountains.

::Nice location, reasonble size. Clean and modern. It has pool with artificial waves, whirlwind pool, pool for kids, therma water pool and also outside thermal water pool which is more enjoyable during winter times. The floor gets really slippery at certain spots so I recommend to use flip-flops. It is possible to get accommodation in nearby hotel. Lots of parking spaces. Prices are bit steep for my taste.
