  Customer service is nice but much slower than Mall.sk due to lack of enough human resources.

  Shop with various products for household. Started as electronics shop, but today it sells almost all sort of items for gaming, music, hobby, house electronics, garden, worker tools, gadgets, phones , etc. Fast service, you won`t be standing too long in lane. Possibility to pay with card or cash. There is also automated pay machine.

  No problem with shopping yet. Though packages arrive a bit dirty sometimes and I have a concern about the way goods are transported.

  Helpful staff, they direct us to what are we looking for with good english. They also help us to to find and to pre-order the thing that we need. They have quite good amount of choices for cables and converter and other PC equipments. Good experience
