  Car was Ok, but everything else was the worst service ever. They charged me a big amount without any invoice or proofs of it! In fact, I'm feeling that it was a SCAM. DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY EVER.

  Car OK, but total chaos on pick up and drop off costing us 2 hours, not to mention our nerves. Charged us over €700 for a small scratch, provided invoice for damage in German only, customer service (?) ludicrous, refusal to direct us to higher management with our arguments and to provide us with proof of the repair which is obviously not going to happen as car perfectly roadworthy with the little scratch. Would never use Buchbinder in Bratislava again!
