  Príjemné prostredie na poschodí Auparku pri kníhkupectve. Mali by investovať do obnovy interiéru, rozpadávajú sa nielen sedačky. Sedačky sú už obnovené 😊

  Predražená “kaviareň”. Chodia si tu mamičky posedieť, zatiaľ čo ich deti bez dozoru si berú okolité knihy z kníhkupectva a čmárajú do nich. Malý priestor, na obsluhu si počkáte alebo sa riadne potrápite keď budete chcieť získať ich pozornosť. Je to fakt ako v králikárni, stále plno, ľudia na sebe ako sardinky. Uvolniť sa tu pri káve a vychutnať si ju je takmer nemožné.

  Výborná kaviareň, obsluha. Ceny trochu vysoké, ale nevadí. Niečo pre milovníkov dobrých nápojov.

  I wish I could give this place more than two stars. I probably would if I’m there some other day than today as they have really a good coffee and I love the ambient atmosphere of the place. Nevertheless, my today visit was extremely disappointing. First, it was a real issue to get an attention of a waitress. Second, one of the reasons I love to visit this place regularly are small bread buns filled with whipped cream. Usually delish, today another disaster, we got them harder than stone, froze to an ice. Apparently, they’ve been so busy that they can’t defrost enough of them. This was uneatable and a pure waste. It’s better not to serve them @all in my opinion than to serve ice cubes right? Thirdly, we have never got our whole order. After hopeless waiting for water and our cakes, we simply left. I haven’t heard a single word of apologies or regret from a staff, I don’t think they value customer there. I’m very disappointed by my visit @this place today. Customer service = miserable. We ended up few doors next to em and that was a heaven! I’m not recommending this place after today fiasco.

  Delicious hot chocolate, always pleasant service and good tea selection, wonderfully presented. The cakes vary day to day so they are not included in the menu but you have to choose at the counter. It is inside a bookshop, so has a pleasant and never too loud atmosphere.
