  It's a pretty cool sculpture, but some of the reviews mentioned it might be prettier in the summer... I visited at the end of June and it was completely dry and uncared for.

  Looking disused and in need of a makeover which I think is happening judging by the construction activity I saw going on. Could be a really nice spot and I'm sure when it was first built it was.

  It was a very empty park, but I was there on a rainy day off season. Maybe during the summer things are different.

  A rather bland paved park. But it was a chilly winter day! The fountain was also empty so I imagine it better in summer.

  From the tourist perspective ir is a different and good place to visit. At one end of the square there is the government building (really nice) that gives a different touch. Regarding the fountain itself it requires a basic maintenance in order to be concentrated in their symbolism and not in externalities.
