  Clean room, helpful personal, delicious food in the restaurant, excellent breakfast. Room small but very comfortable. Dog friendly. We will come for a stay again for sure.

  A nice clean hotel near the historic centre of Banska Bystrica, not diatant to bus terminal or the train station. We had no problem, the receptionist was very helpgul and called us taxi numerius times. Breakfast overall good, colorful. Nice view from the window or the lift. Good value for its price.

  Great value for money. The place is very quiet and the staff is professional and friendly at the same time. The room was big and super clean.

  it was all right. The water basin broke down in my room, and the hotel stuff aske me to pay 200 Euro. I rejected, because I was innocent in this matter.
