  Nice hotel, great breakfast, but it gets a bit hot in the rooms on the top floor during the hot summer days.

  Very terrible place when it's hot. No AC and opening the window is impossible. A few program in tv and very bad quality of image. The wifi not strong enough to come in the room. Playing parking. For me a very bad memory...

  Second best business hotel in Modra. Nice location, food is OK, coffee not good.
