  This place is absolutely amazing. Had apartman and it was beautiful. The staff in hotel is very polite and very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone. Looking forward to stay there again.

  The place is very kids friendly. Lovely little kids pool also the play area in the restaurant was very useful. Loved the view over the lake from the terrace. Food was absolutely delicious! Nice clean rooms. Average staff members. I did not like the fact that we could use the spa only at the certain hours (7 to 9pm) which it makes difficult for parents especially with small children. We have also been charged for a "side bed" for a 3 year old, but didn't get one. Questioning the girl at the reception she replays: " the sofa is you side bed". I can't forget to mention that the sofa was in the living room, as we hired an apartment which we were charged extra for and there is no way any 3 year old would of stayed sleeping on his own. So I feel we were charged twice for the same thing. Sadly I wouldn't stay in the hotel again. I think it was overpriced for what we got
