::If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in and politely asked one of the girls "Im sorry, but do you speak English at all" (as my slovak is still not so good) and the girl looked at me really horribly and said "NIE" and then instantly walked to her colleague round the corner (I could see in the mirror) pointed in my direction and mouthed with a horrible face "Do you speak English, he said" .. SO, I stood and waited for a while until the girl waddled back around the corner where another lady asked whats happening. Again the first girl pointed at me and said "English" the girl on reception laughed and just kept her head down. So I walked out. I appreciate I am in a different country and am learning the language (slowly) however I understand EVERYTHING. They could have just said, politely I don't speak English without mocking me. That would of been fine. Bravo Klier !

::Otrasny pristup k zakaznikovi!!!! Arogantna obezna slecna v okuliaroch ocividne znechutena zo zivota by sa mala naucit ako komunikovat s potencionalnym zakaznikom a nie gulat ocami a tvarit sa znechutene ked jej polozi otazku ktoru vie uz asi aj skolkar Do you speak English?? Aspon slusne odpoviem! Nie ze slečna povie niee zatvari sa ako keby...a ide sa “vyzalovat” spolupracovnicke co tu ten chce!?? To ze mate aj klientov zo zahranicia mozte byt iba radi. Ja po tych recenziach co tu citam a jeho osobnej skusenosti velmi lutujen ze som ho k vam poslala!
