  Minulý týždeň som si v obchode zakúpila jeden pár nohavíc. Po príchode domov a opätovnom vyskúšaní som zistila, že nohavice mi nesedia – potrebovala by som predsa len o číslo väčšie a rozhodla som sa ich vrátiť /spolu s účtom, pôvodnou taškou, visačkou/ . Na druhý deň bol v obchode len pán, ktorý sa vyjadril, že v obchode nepracuje, a preto musí kvôli vráteniu tovaru zatelefonovať majiteľke obchodu, pani Erike. Po tom čo mi dal pani Eriku k telefónu sa na mňa spustila spŕška invektív a vyhrážok /mimo iné aj to, že pani pozná také "ženy ako som ja", "nemám sa už do tohto obchodu vracať"/. V živote sa mi nestalo /ani na Slovensku a ani počas 8 rokov v zahraničí/, že by sa obchodník ku svojmu zákazníkovi takto správal. Namiesto slušného vysvetlenia, že obchod neumožňuje návrat zľavneného tovaru sa pani Erika rozhodla ma radšej uraziť. Pán v obchode mi peniaze vrátil a namiesto ospravedlnenia sa mi situáciu pokúšal vysvetliť tym, že pani majiteľka mala v práci ťažký týždeň. Nuž, ja mávam v práci tiež ťažké chvíle, ale ešte v živote mi nenapadlo si frustráciu vybíjať na svojich klientoch. Do tohto obchodu sa už nevrátim a neodporučila by som ho ani svojim známym. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last week, I bought one pair of trousers in this shop. After coming back home and trying the trousers once more, I have realised that they are not a perfect fit and that I would need to size up. I decided to bring them back the next day, together with the original bag, the unremoved tags and the receipt. When I came to the shop the next day, there was a gentleman – not an employee of the shop, who said that concerning the return and exchange of articles, he would have to call the owner of the shop, Ms Erika. After he passed me his phone to speak to her, instead of polite explanation that the shop does not accept return of discounted articles, I received only insults and threats (among others saying that she "knows women like me" and that I should "never come back to the shop"). Never in my life, either in Slovakia abroad, where I live since 8 years, I have seen somebody to treat their customers in this way. Afterwards, the gentleman gave me my money back and instead of an apology, he explained that the owner had a difficult week at work. Well, I too have difficult weeks at work but I find it unacceptable to take it out on one of my clients. I will not return to this shop and I would strongly advise you to do the same.

  The best shop in the town..... if you search the original Italian fashion, this is the right place!!
