  New and very comfortable rooms for the price. Spacious bathroom, great shower, well-equipped kitchen for guests. Only downside is that rooms open into the communal dining area so noise can be an issue although it was quiet our whole 5-night stay. Needs a bit more furniture to lessen the echoes around the place.
