  - Room was small for "upgrade" - Electricity shut down for like 30-40 minutes. - When electricity was restored the heathers for warm water weren't working so we had cold water entire evening. - Restaurants food for congress event was terrible. - Walls are having visible cracks. - Allmost everywhere is used plasterboard which feels quite cheap for the price. + Beatiful enviroment around the hotel. + Good restaurants in reach with very good classic Slovak meals. + Tasty buffet breakfast. + Really good looking hotel and rooms, though after some inspection the cheap materials usage can be seen especialy in rooms. + Room based alarm system. + Kind staff.

  I felt great and the staff was nice as well, helpful and professional.

  Good hotel on good place. Room are clean a lot os space and vert good equipped. Sometimes happen that hair fan or some socket not working. Good for kids and ski. Breakfast are not so good as a hotel. Advantage is that room can be collect together for familly.

  Very nice hotel, with clean and spacious hotel. The view is fantastic from the upper floor rooms
