::I used to book via charter agency before I came across Sailing House last year after a friend recommended it. The boat selection is not even comparable, just way more boats to choose from. Not to mention, prices are in many cases noticeably cheaper. The check-in / check out process was the same as when I booked via agency so no difference there. The customer service team was very helpful with tips for where to sail out, which was handy as I took a boat from a different marina than previously.
