  the worst service i have experienced in a long time. the head waitress is just plainly rude. certainly needs to change. overpriced coffee as well. in other words a very unpleasant tourist trap.

  This the wrost chocolate cafe that i have been visited. I was about to order cake but there is none of the saffs came to take an order instead they just satnded in on place without any care of cutomer. At the moment that i was waiting them to take the order i touched the grass which it was the place that they show cakes . Then suddenly there was a staff shouted at me “Dont touch the grass” . I just feel like this is very impolite.

  My friend ordered green tea with Jasmine. She put the tea filter automatically in the water not noticing it said "apple &ginger", because she was talking with me, and didn't look at the paper. She noticed the writing on the paper immediately after she put it in the water. We told the waitress that she brought us wrong tea. She said "yes, it was my mistake, I am very sorry about it, but you already put it in the water, so you have to pay for it." what the...?! She admits her mistake, and we have to pay for it?!

  Decided to have a cup of hot dark chocolate today. The banner shows - Schokocafe so I expected to get something on higher level as such drink should be one of this house' main articles. Unfortunately it's been something better than the famous old fashioned BB pudding. As I also like this kind of stuff I passed to the very end. But being honest, this was definitely not the thing I've been looking for. May be a bad day or ingredients delivery so I'll give it another try 😕
