  Old lady at the counter was useless to work here. She doesnt support local activities even if a tourist wants to do the toristy and more expensive things. When asked about the boat/ferry to Devin castle, i was told to take the bus as its cheaper, but obviosuly i wanted to ake the boat. With that attitude, no wonder why everyone who turns up in the city leaves within a day. Better luck next time Bratislava!

  Very helpful ( depended to a point who you get) speak English, relatively easy to find with a full array of brochures

  Staff is unpolite and unfair. I suggest italian and spanish people not to come here because they've a lot of prejudice on you. As Italian I had never experienced such a thing. Moreover among the staff people the lady who spoke to me revealed arrogant and pretentious.

  5 minutes before close tourism information, middle age woman wants to close quickly and she invites us to exit so fast. It's a pitty because we found very close people in bratislava but not the same at the point tourism info.
