  So many people therebalways and not so many wprkers, you are gonna be waiting there while, if u are gonna do something with that. You are just going to wait for a while.

  There is NO support at all. To manage to get help with your internet, it is literally rocket science.

  Unhelpful customer service. No ETA available on problem even after 7 hours of 'work'. No info at page. Pain to call with automatic response. No I dont want anymore of your services!

  Terrible customer service. You spend an hour repeatedly listening to recorded menus which are of no use as none of the options offers an answer to you request and you never get into contact with any living human. Or you spend an hour waiting in their office.
