Velka vdaka tejto klinike! :)

Nášmu psíkovi veľmi pomohli, absolvoval náročnú operáciu, bez nej by tu už nebol, odborný a veľmi ľudský prístup.

Some of the personnel are friendly and polite, but not all. Doctors are knowledgable, however, it seems disorganised and chaotic in there and things seemed to be overlooked at times. I wish that there was better care for the animals... I took in a kitten to be de-wormed, checked over and neutered. All seemed to be ok and then it suddenly died due to their negligence. I found out that after the operation, the kitty was placed in a room with very ill animals, illness that she caught as well and died a few days later of!!! I was disappointed in the care it received, as I paid extra for the possibility for the kitten to be kept there during recovery, having 4 cats at home myself. It is very convenient to have a vet surgery with emergency hours, but I will rather not take my own pets there in the future.
