  ABSOLÚTNE NEODPORÚČAM!!!úplná katastrofa, v cene mala byť dialničná známka, ktorú som si musela kúpiť sama. na mieste nám oznámili, že sa nedá platiť kartou tak sme museli rýchlo vyberať cash. a čerešnička na torte bola, že zálohu sme síce zaplatili v cashi ale pri preberaní auta nám ho nevrátili, vraj nemajú cash a bude nám vrátená na účet, čo sa však do dnešného dňa nestalo. podotýkam, že je to už rok. I ABSOLUTELY DON'T RECOMMEND!! totally disaster. they guaranteed a vignette but finally i had to buy it on my own. in the place of delivery they said it is not possible to pay by a credit card (which was requested) so we had to find a cash point. the advance payment we had to pay in cash, but finally at time of picking the car back they surprisingly didn't have cash, so they pledged to send it to our bank account. but we haven't recive it to this day!!! it has been a year....

  Pozicali sme si auto na tyzden este v roku 2011. Nebol ziadny problem, auto pristavili rovno k bytu, prisli si prenho ked sme sa vratili z dovolenky. To vsetko expresne, auto pristavili par hodin potom co sme zavolali, za najlepsiu cenu. Odporucam.

  Avoid this company at any cost! They use unauthorized methods to keep your deposit and then refuse to communicate. After returning a car we rented with friends, we had more than terrible experience. Firstly, their card terminal is out of order and they ask for deposit in cash. Secondly, they gave us a car different than what we had booked. As we needed to depart immediately, we took the car. Thirdly, we returned the car in exactly the same condition as we took it. We did not have accident or any kind of trouble during the time we used the car. After returning the car they claimed they found 1,2 mm scratch on the corner of the wind-shield and that they will take the car to service for examination and contact us back. They didn't! Instead, they sent us an invoice with the amount of the deposit and refused to return it.

  Zhrniem to jednym slovom KATASTROFA, Tvaria sa profesionalne ale nedodaju co ma byt dodane. A reklamacia je takmer nemozna a depozit uz neuvidite. Asi pred tyzdnom som si prenajal auto s cez ABC auto ze velmi dobru cenu. Avsak malo to cele hacik.....automobil ktory som si objednal bol uplne iny /benzin namiesto diesel/, kedze som isiel na druhy den rano na dovolenku tak som nemal na vyber s tym auto som obdrzal v podvecernych hodinach, ked uz bola tma, cize obhliadka eventualneho poskodenia auta bola takmer nemozna.... peniaze za prenajom auta a depozit som vyplatil kes, udajne terminal bol poskodeny. Pri odovzdavani automobilu si nasli na celnom skle skrabanec 1,2 mm kde oprava takeho to poskodenia v normalnych autosklach/oprtavovniach stoji cca 20-30 eur, no mna to vyslo cele presne do centa na hodnotu depozitu. Ked som si pytal vyjadrenie, tak som dostal iba fakturu poslanu na e-mail s tym ze vyjadrenie od poistovne mi nepreukazu.....samozrejme po opatovnom pokuse sa skontaktovat cez telefon bolo marne, nik mi uz nedvihal..... Predpokladam ze dane auto nebolo opravene...a poskytuje ho spolocnost nadalej a takto prenajima vozidla za ,,najlepsie,, ceny v BA. Samozrejme dobra cena ako pre koho...

  Please be careful, they do scams, offer lowq prices but they then overcharge you I rent a car with them last week, They brough a different car that of what I ordered, I needed the car, so I took it, It was raining and there were drops in the car. When we returned the car, they found a 1,2 mm scratch on the corner of the windshiled. (The size of a rain drof) They said they will call me later once they take the car to servis, To fix the scratch you will need to pay max 30 eur, they never call back, They took the deposit and they send me an invoice for the amount of it. I complain and told me the contract allows them to do it 100% scam, I hear other people had the same problem with this company I also was told the card terminal was broken and had to pay by cash, so they got the deposit in cash
