  It's impossible to rent a car from this company. I've tried three times already and it was a waste of time each time I tried. Whatever car I requested they came back to me with either A - the car is not available at that particular location or B - there's a minimum rental period of 3 days for said car. Each of these times, their booking system allowed me to make a booking and each of these times the staff failed to offer any other alternative solutions. They will offer alternative cars but only when prompted by a follow up email. All prices are without VAT and they charge additional fees for pick-up and drop-off. Don't waste your time.

  5 hviezdickovy servis od zaciatku dokonca. Personal profesionalny a velmi ustretovy. Vedia ako biznis funguje a podla toho sa aj spravaju k zakaznikom.

  Veľká spokojnosť so službami spoločnosti RAI v oblasti car rentalu. Sú k dispozícií 24 hodín denne, taktiež ochotní, spoľahliví bez akýchkoľvek problémov. Vrelo odporúčam každému kto si chystá auto zapožičať.

  Very good car rental company in Slovakia – only new cars and fast service. I highly recommend.
