  Perfect place for smokers and dog owners. Friendly staff. Prices correspond with the location in the very heart of the old town. Cozy shabby chic style café.

  Cozy coffe house/bar with great staff. Only downside is that they still allow smoking inside. You will need to wash all your clothes after.

  Not an awesome place, sitting there is pretty uncomfortable(unless you are lucky to catch better seat), it's crowded and loud and associated with political ideology.(not ideal for intoxicated people prone to discussing politics) Prices are mid-range as far as booze is concerned, you can smoke inside. Not sure about Cafe part, as I just went there for few beers once but I assume it would fit that purpose better so I give it 3 stars.
