::Booked return tickets for the trip to Devin, only to find the entire boat filled with several school parties. Nowhere to sit and noisy throughout, completely ruined the experience. The booking office could have mentioned this so we could have taken the later trip, but didn't (we only booked the day before so they knew about the kids). I don't mind school trips, just to be clear, but when your entire seating space is taken up by school parties, don't sell tickets to anyone else. Shoddy service.
