::Went here after a friend's recommendation. From the start IMPA acts like a professional service with exact process of documenting your car condition and handover. Then the problems started.. Firstly they contacted me after 4-5 days to tell me what's with the car. 2 more days to get prices by email. Price list included repairs without corresponding parts and parts without corresponding repairs. Overall price was 2x the actual price of the car. It took one more week to somehow get in touch with them. The communication with IMPA was very difficult and chaotic. I was so unhappy I took my car back but I needed to pay 80 euros for nothing - for diagnostics... I am very unhappy with IMPA and do not recommend it to anyone.
